Mandatory rules for registration (PLEASE READ)

 

  1. Your Registration will be considered final only once the registration form is fully completed, correctly filled (with your full name and full invoicing address and details) and is submitted.

  2. We strongly recommend you double-check the invoicing details (address and VAT), as once the invoice is issued, no changes are possible.
     
  3. Payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice.
     
  4. The participant's barcode will not be sent until full payment has been received.
     
  5. If payment is not received before the new rate applies, this new rate will automatically apply.
     
  6. Please read the Registration information before completing your registration.

  1. If the VAT number is missing in the company address listed below, please select the option "My invoice address is not in the list", click on "Select a company address", select the correct address and add the VAT number.
  2. If you do not have an invoice address listed, please select the option "My invoice address is not in the list", click on "Select a company address" and select the appropriate address linked to your profile or create a new invoice address.
  3. If you have a new invoice address, please select the option "My invoice address is not in the list", click on  "Create a new invoice professional/company address".
