Procedure:
- Group registration is available for groups of AT LEAST 2 individuals. One group contact person coordinates with the EAHP secretariat.
- All registration-related information will be sent to the group contact person, who will then be responsible for distributing it among the rest of the group.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that the contact person needs to insert the correct individual name and e-mail address of each participant. Invalid e-mail addresses and duplicate names will not be accepted and the group will be blocked at the entrance, even if the registration was paid.
- Individual confirmation emails will only be sent to participants with the correct e-mail address, otherwise, the group leader will receive the group confirmation letter in order to collect all the badges on site.
Steps:
STEP 1 - Group contact details
The group contact person will be the individual with whom the registration secretariat will be in contact. The contact person will need to select the number of participants they wish to register. The system selects by default the name of the contact person for the whole group. The contact person will be able to edit the participants' details inside the group only on the next step. This person will also arrange for payment and will be in charge of forwarding the group confirmation letter sent by EAHP to each individual.
STEP 2 - Invoice and Payment
Following the application for registration, the contact person will receive an invoice corresponding to the number of individual registrations applied for. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received before the new registration rate applies, the registration fee will change to the new rate.
IMPORTANT: Please MAKE SURE TO HAVE THE CORRECT VAT NUMBER on your registration record. The VAT number must match the country of the invoice address. The address on the invoice and/or VAT information CANNOT BE CHANGED when it has been issued. No exception will be made!
STEP 3 - Entering the individual participant details.
With the Registration confirmation email,you will receive the link and login details to enter or edit the individual information of each participant in your group. The following fields are required: Title, Initial(s), first and last name, country of residence, individual email address and affiliation. An individual email address will be required for each participant.
EAHP will check that only valid email addresses have been entered. The registration will be considered incomplete until all information has been entered.
Please note that the final deadline to enter or change participant names and details is Friday 20 September 2024, at 16h00 (CET). After this date, the online access will be closed and you will only be able to add or change the participant's details on-site, at the self-registration desks (free of charge).
If you want the EAHP staff to add or change this information for you during EAHP BOOST, a €50 fee per name change (22% Italian VAT excluded) will be charged.
STEP 4 - Adding participants to the group registration
In order to add participants to the existing group registration, the contact person needs to access his group with the login details and click on "Add participants".
Cancellation policy
For groups, a maximum of 15 % of the registrations may be cancelled before 01 July 2024 (minus €100 + 22% Italian VAT, bank and administration charges per cancelled participant ). No refunds and cancellations requests can be processed after this date but substitution is always accepted.

Important: You must return to this page once you receive your user name and password to register. Asking for an account does not register you but only provides you with a user name and password.
IF YOU FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD, click 'Forgot password'.
Asking for an account does not mean you are registered for the conference. You need to come back and complete the registration pages.
